I'm a senior IT leader with over a decade of experience in technology operations, cybersecurity, and risk management. I currently lead as Head of Technology Operations and Cyber at Triple Point LLP while also directing my consultancy, Meyer IT Limited, which I founded in 2022 to help organisations modernise and secure their IT environments.

Professional Background

I began my career in procurement before transitioning to IT in 2016, quickly progressing from L1/L2 support into team leadership. My journey has included positions at Microsoft, where I led global support operations and supported post-acquisition integration, and as Head of IT at HealthTech scale-up Accurx.

At Microsoft, I led a virtual team of nine and supported over 2,000 users globally. At Accurx, I managed complex IT estates across corporate and personal devices, embedding GDPR compliance and operational maturity.

In 2022, I launched Meyer IT to deliver tailored IT consultancy services for startups, scaleups, and charities. Since late 2023, I’ve been working in the business full-time, delivering expert support in cybersecurity, cloud platforms, documentation, and IT transformation.

Triple Point LLP (2025–Present)

At Triple Point LLP, I lead the strategy and execution of IT operations and cyber risk. My remit includes:

  • Managing our Managed Service Provider (MSP) to deliver scalable, high-quality IT support
  • Overseeing an external SOC provider for advanced threat detection and response
  • Driving cybersecurity strategy, risk reduction, and operational resilience
  • Leading policy development, vendor governance, and documentation standards
  • Ensuring end-to-end GDPR and ISO27001-aligned compliance

I work closely with internal teams, leadership, and vendors to maintain secure, reliable IT systems that support business continuity and regulatory confidence.

A bit more about me!

Ben's worked in IT most of his career, but started off in IT Procurement. Now working as Head of IT in a central London company, he has a wide bredth of experience across both corporate IT estates and personal devices.

Ben started his IT career supporting users on both Windows and Apple device from setting up laptops to troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Ben is a registered IT Technican (RITTech), with a drive to continually learn and develop

Since then, Ben's career has progressed to a technical lead and IT Operations Manager at Microsoft, and then to a Head of IT position in a central London company. Whilst retaining and developing his technical knowledge, he now also take a strategic look at an IT estate ensuring the focus is in the correct area.

Ben also has recent experience in Cyber Essential Plus, Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Google Workspace, Google IdP and VMware virtualisation, as well as many other IT technologies and services.
